The Mobility Division coordinates student, doctoral, academic, and administrative mobility within Erasmus+ and other mobility initiatives. It organizes application and selection procedures, provides guidance and administrative support to participants, and maintains cooperation with partner universities abroad. The Division promotes international exchange and intercultural experience within the university community, the Erasmus Students Network (ESN), and the ENGAGE.EU Alliance.

The International Cooperation and Projects Division supports the development, submission, implementation, and reporting of national and international research and educational projects. It promotes funding opportunities, maintains a database of international projects, contributes to accreditation processes, and works to expand UNWE’s international partner network. The Division fosters knowledge transfer and strengthens the university’s participation in competitive funding programmes.

The International Students Division coordinates and administers the admission and academic status of international students at UNWE. It supports candidates and enrolled students throughout their application, enrollment, and studies. The Division maintains academic records, and assists in integration of international students into academic and social environment of the university.
